Yes. All new +WoundDesk Account’s start on the free Basic plan and includes everything you need to get started. There’s no risk, no obligation and no credit card required. It’s free forever.
Paid plans are based on team size and the number of active patients. You only get billed for what you use.

Yes. While we might change some of the usage parameters in the free Basic plan, those who already do have a free plan will be able to keep it forever. However, we do reserve the right to change or remove the free BASIC plan for new users in the future.
If in doubt, get one now!

Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you’d like, but we’ll be sorry to see you go! When you cancel your subscription, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle, at which time the plan will be canceled.

Of course! You’re free to upgrade, downgrade, or delete your account whenever you’d like. If the number of patients grows, you can purchase more licenses and your annually rate goes up. When upgrading or downgrading your subscription plan, you will receive either a prorated charge or a prorated credit for the unused time at the end of your billing cycle.

We accept PayPal, all major credit and debit cards (like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), wallet payment (Alipay, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay) and local payment methods (ACH Debit, Alipay, Bancontact, Giropay, iDEAL, SEPA, SOFORT). For Premium accounts we also accept payments with purchase orders and bank payments. For all your payments we use a secure and well-established credit card payment gateway service to process your payment and no credit card data is stored on our servers.

For the free Basic plan, you have access (24/7) to our online +WD Support Center.
For the Professional plan, our Support Team will respond by email within one working day during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CET). In the Premium plan, phone support is available during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CET). We offer also a Personal Account Manager as add-on who will give you customized planning, hands-on consulting and dedicated support.

With +WoundDesk, you remain in complete control of your data and we simply provide the data hosting and security. You own your data, and whether it’s your personal or patient information, we’re committed to keeping it private. Our Privacy Policy clearly describes how we collect, use, protect and handle your information when you use our websites, software, and services.
In fact, we have guaranteed and have openly stated in our Terms of Use, that if for some reason you no longer wish to use +WoundDesk, you’re able to export your data in a format that is easily accessible and usable.

At +WoundDesk we have a Fair Billing Policy and you only get billed annually for active patients. So you don’t pay for patients that are not treated. And if a patient you’ve already paid for becomes inactive, we’ll even add a prorated credit to your account for the unused time at the end of your billing cycle. Fair’s fair.

+WoundDesk is (at the moment) available in English, German and French. Other languages (like Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) will be added in the coming months.

  • Go to the +WD Support Center and click on Support Ticket in the header navigation. Once you send us your problem or question, we will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

  • If you’re on the Professional plan and the problem is urgent, write us an email at support@wounddesk.com. When you write us on business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CET), we will usually respond within 4 hours.
  • You may also choose our Personal Account Manager add-on for your subscription plan to benefit from dedicated support.
