Today we started our 3 month +WD Pilot Program 1/2019 in 5 countries on 3 continents in different healthcare settings. After the successfull pilot we will launch our new +WD Solution to the public. Stay tuned!

Today we launched a new version of our mobile app to adapt to the newest sdk changes of Android. At the same time we also fixed several small bugs at the +WD Administration and launched our public translation center and help desk to serve our customers better.
With our brand new, and health compliant, cloud server infrastructure in france we're now also open for french healthcare organizations.

For additional security we use now SSL-encryption for every data transfer, including all +WoundDesk websites.
We added to our website this updates- and a roadmap-page to highlight the features and improvements we planned and completed for +WoundDesk.
We added a settings-page to our +WoundDesk Administration, so you can now change the localization to English, French or German. To support the browser based editing of consultation data we developed a server based Severity Score calculation and use now the same vital data color code like in the mobile app. To support a better security you have now access to your usage history. In the backend we added our new logfile monitoring and exception tracking.
We think your data belongs to you, so we added the possibilty to export your data as an CSV-File. You're now also capable to delete your entry data. If you want to end your account you can now sign off and delete all your collected data. Sometimes the registration process is too complicated for some customers, so we developed a better user onboarding and enhanced mail automation.
You will find now your user profile photo in the headerbar and you can change your password in your profile at any time. The consultation data can now be exported and shared with external experts as +WD WoundReport (PDF).
